Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on order and you may then fill out the customer information page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet. Due to state laws, residents of New York and Rhode Island must hold a certificate of need or furnish a letter from their veterinarian in order to purchase syringes and needles.

Shipping And Handling Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service. Additional charges include: 1) $6.00 for each COD received for collection. 2) $0.35 for each additional $100 or fraction thereof for each package with a declared value over $100.00 3) $14.00 for each hazardous-materials ground package (for those packages requiring shipping papers under 49 C.F.R. Section 172.200). Weight and size limits are: 1) maximum weight per package is 70 pounds, 2) maximum size per package is 130 inches in length and girth combined, with a maximum length of 108 inches per package, 3) minimum charge for a package measuring over 84 inches in length and girth combined will be equal to the charge for a package weighing 30 pounds. All items not showing shipping weights are freight pre-paid. Minimum pre-paid order is $60.00. A $2.00 handling charge is added to any order less than $10.00, not including postage.

Delivery Schedule Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service. Delivery time is based on destination. UPS Next-Day Air and UPS 2nd-Day Air shipments are available. Call for pricing.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back-ordered items not previously billed will be billed when shipped; if there is a price increase, these items will bill at their new cost.

Tax Charges For orders from Ohio, a 6.75% sales tax is added. For orders from Kansas, a 6.4% sales tax is added. All other orders are tax-free.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are secured on a system that is firewalled from Internet access, and therefore would be exceptionally difficult to compromise. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on our web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. However, all returns must first be authorized by the branch supply manager. All special-order items such as ear tags, etc. which have been specially made are non-returnable. We are not responsible for damaged items not reported to the carrier. Please make all damage claims within 15 days from the shipping date.
