Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on order and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet. Due to state laws, state residents of New York and Rhode Island must hold a certificate of need or furnish a letter from their veterinarian in order to purchase syringes and needles.

Shipping And Handling All freight rates shown are approximate and are based on packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Due to dimensional (oversize) rate charges, some rates may vary. Freight charges for packages over 70 lbs will be figured at the time of shipment and shown on invoice. Please call the warehouse nearest to you at 1-800-841-9665 Ohio / 1-800-835-9665 Kansas to check on freight rates for orders over 70 lbs. Weight and Size Limits are: 1) maximum weight per package is 70 pounds, 2) maximum size per package is 130 inches in length and girth combined, with a maximum length of 108 inches per package, 3) minimum charge for a package measuring over 84 inches in length and girth combined will be equal to the charge for a package weighing 30 pounds. Attention! Vaccines that are shipped beyond normal 2-day delivery areas must be shipped 2nd-Day Air. Please call for current rates. Vaccines ship Mondays through Wednesdays only.

Delivery Schedule Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service. Delivery time is based on destination. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are available. Call for pricing.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back-ordered items not previously billed will be billed at their new cost.

Tax Charges Shipments to Kansas destinations will be taxed according to the destination county’s tax rate. Shipments to Ohio destinations will be charged 6.25% sales tax on taxable merchandise.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. However, all returns must be authorized by the Branch Supply Manager before returning. All special order items such as ear tags, etc. which have been special-made are non-returnable. We are not responsible for damaged items not reported to the carrier. Please make all damage claims within 15 days from the shipping date.
